Kale Smoothie

Instructions
- Add the chopped kale leaves to a blender, followed by the sliced banana and almond milk.
- Add the frozen mango chunks, almond butter, and chia seeds to the blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup, if using, for added sweetness, along with the vanilla extract.
- Pour in water to help the blending process, starting with 1/4 cup (60ml) and adding more if needed.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adding more water if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or water, if desired.
- Once blended to your satisfaction, pour the smoothie into glasses.
- Serve immediately as a refreshing breakfast or snack.
