Mango lassi

A creamy and refreshing Indian drink made with yogurt, ripe mangoes, sugar, and a hint of cardamom.

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, plain yogurt, whole milk, granulated sugar, ground cardamom, and saffron threads.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed and the lassi is frothy.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  5. Pour the mango lassi into serving glasses.
  6. Garnish each glass with chopped pistachios, almonds, and mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
