Pina Colada

A tropical cocktail made with rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice, blended or shaken with ice.

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, fresh pineapple juice, crushed ice, and frozen pineapple chunks.
  2. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring the ice and pineapple chunks are fully incorporated.
  3. Taste the blend and add simple syrup if additional sweetness is desired, blending again briefly to mix.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass, allowing it to settle slightly for a smooth texture.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry on top.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your tropical escape.
