Greek Salad

A refreshing Mediterranean salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, and feta cheese, dressed with olive oil and oregano.

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add the Kalamata olives to the bowl with the vegetables.
  3. Gently place the cubed feta cheese on top of the salad ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, ensuring even coverage over all the ingredients.
  6. Toss the salad gently using salad tongs, being careful not to break the feta cubes.
  7. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed.
  8. Let the salad sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
  9. Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual plates.
  10. Serve immediately with crusty bread or as a side dish to grilled meats.
