Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the tomato wedges, cucumber slices, and red onion.
- Add the cubed feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl.
- Gently toss the salad to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
- Allow the salad to sit for at least 10 minutes at room temperature to let the flavors meld.
