Greek Salad

A refreshing Mediterranean salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, and feta cheese, dressed with olive oil and oregano.

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the tomato wedges, cucumber slices, and red onion.
  2. Add the cubed feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl.
  5. Gently toss the salad to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
  7. Allow the salad to sit for at least 10 minutes at room temperature to let the flavors meld.
  8. Serve the salad with crusty bread or as a side dish with grilled meats or fish.
