Kale Caesar Salad

A hearty salad featuring tender kale, creamy Caesar dressing, crunchy croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and anchovy paste until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped kale to the bowl with the dressing. Toss the kale until it is well coated with the dressing.
  3. Using your hands, massage the dressing into the kale leaves for about 2-3 minutes to help tenderize the kale.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss to combine.
  5. Season the salad with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Add the croutons to the salad and toss gently to combine.
  7. Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual plates.
  8. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
  9. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
