Ramen

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the soy sauce, mirin, miso paste, and sesame oil to the pot. Stir well until the miso paste is completely dissolved.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the broth simmer gently for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Divide the cooked noodles evenly among four bowls.
- Top each bowl with slices of chashu pork, half a soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and nori strips.
- Ladle the hot broth over the noodles and toppings in each bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately while hot.
