Mustard-glazed salmon
A flavorful dish featuring salmon coated in a tangy mustard glaze, baked to perfection for a balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- Brush the mustard glaze generously over each salmon fillet, covering the tops completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Sprinkle fresh dill over the top of the glazed salmon before serving.
- Serve the mustard-glazed salmon with your choice of side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
