Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, rice wine, and oyster sauce. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic to the hot oil, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase heat to high and add marinated chicken to the wok, stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper to the wok, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the pepper is tender but still crisp.
- Pour in sesame oil and sprinkle with sugar, stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Add chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir-fry for another minute to blend the flavors.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
