naan wraps

A handheld dish featuring soft naan bread filled with a variety of ingredients such as grilled meats, fresh vegetables, sauces, and spices, inspired by Middle Eastern and Indian flavors.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with yogurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  3. Warm the naan bread on a skillet or in the oven until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of mint chutney on each piece of naan.
  5. Place a few slices of cucumber and tomato on top of the chutney.
  6. Add a portion of the cooked chicken strips over the vegetables.
  7. Drizzle a tablespoon of plain yogurt over the chicken for extra moisture and flavor.
  8. Fold the naan over the filling to create a wrap, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  9. Repeat the process for the remaining naan and fillings.
  10. Serve immediately while the naan is warm.
