Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with yogurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Warm the naan bread on a skillet or in the oven until soft and pliable.
- Spread a tablespoon of mint chutney on each piece of naan.
- Place a few slices of cucumber and tomato on top of the chutney.
- Add a portion of the cooked chicken strips over the vegetables.
- Drizzle a tablespoon of plain yogurt over the chicken for extra moisture and flavor.
- Fold the naan over the filling to create a wrap, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Repeat the process for the remaining naan and fillings.
- Serve immediately while the naan is warm.
