Naan bread pizza

A quick and easy dish made with naan bread as the base, topped with tomato sauce, cheese, and various toppings, then baked until crispy and golden.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the naan breads on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup (60ml) of tomato sauce evenly over each naan bread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup (50g) of shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce on each naan.
  5. Distribute the red onions, bell peppers, and black olives evenly over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the red chili flakes and dried oregano over the top of the pizzas for added flavor.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil over each naan pizza to help them crisp up in the oven.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the naan are golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle the chopped fresh cilantro over the top before serving.
